Ongoing Home Visitation (formerly known as Early Start/Every Child Succeeds) is a component of Clermont Help Me Grow that provides direct services to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) who are vulnerable because environmental, family, or health circumstances place them at risk for future developmental difficulties and various challenges.

Clermont Help Me Grow Ongoing Home Visitation Services strives to ensure that children receive proper medical care, encourages parents to utilize community resources and services, provides parents with ongoing support for the continuing challenges of parenting, and familiarizes parents with the present and future needs of their children.
