Clermont Help Me Grow has a wealth of resources available for Help Me Grow children and their families. Three resources that are frequently used include the Family Information Network of Ohio (FIN of Ohio), Families Connected of Clermont County, and the Regional Infant Hearing Program (RIHP).
Family Information Network 0f Ohio
The Family Information Network of Ohio (FIN of Ohio) is a statewide parent network designed to keep family perspectives at the forefront of Ohio's Help Me Grow system by offering support through information and education to families of young children and the professionals who serve them.
FIN consultants, who are parents of children with special needs, are involved in the Help Me Grow System in each of Ohio's eighty-eight counties.
FIN provides educational opportunities to Family Support Specialists, maintains a statewide FIN Parent-to-Parent Directory (used to connect families of children with disabilities), provides educational opportunities for families of young children with disabilities, delays, or at risk, and provides a regularly printed FIN facts newsletter free of charge to interested families and professionals.
